Andrew Dieruf, CPA, CFE, Partner

Andrew works primarily with businesses and non-profit organizations on their CFO/CEO, accounting, audit, review and compilation needs. 

Andrew began his accounting career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cincinnati, OH, before returning to Lexington to join Stivers & Associates, PSC, the predecessor to Besten & Dieruf. In January 2013, he became a partner at Besten & Dieruf, PLLC. A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, Andrew has extensive experience in audit services, forensic accounting, and civil litigation cases involving fraud. He has also played a key role in outsourced CFO and CEO engagements, providing strategic financial leadership to both small businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Andrew serves on the Board of The 1965 Medical Foundation and currently services as President. The Foundation is dedicated to fostering a healthier community by advancing education, research, and impactful health programs. Through its initiatives, it empowers individuals and organizations to reach their full potential, driving meaningful change in community well-being.
